The terms, in plain English.
The short version: we hold your recovery mail until you approve it, we do our best, and we're honest about the limits.
The service
SAFE2RECOVER intercepts recovery and reset emails sent to an address we provide, holds the ones that look like account-takeover attempts, and releases them only when you approve. The core service is free.
What it is — and isn't
SAFE2RECOVER is a safeguard on account recovery, not a guarantee against every attack. We can't protect an account you haven't pointed at us, a device that's already compromised, or actions you take yourself. We provide the service “as is,” and we'll always be honest about where our protection ends.
Your responsibilities
Keep your contact details current so we can reach you for approvals, and use the service lawfully and for your own accounts (or those you're authorised to protect).
Changes & cancellation
You can stop using SAFE2RECOVER at any time by changing your recovery email back. We may update these terms; if we make a material change, we'll tell you.
